We expect all guests to respect the house rules, including keeping the noise to a minimum after 10pm. We live nearby and have great relationships with the neighbors of our home! We’d like to keep this great relationship and ask our guests to treat our home and neighbors as they would their own! Please no parties/events where the noise can get out of control.

The Stockyards is a community of three level townhomes with a community parking lot, pool, and riverwalk access. The community is tucked away on a quiet street directly off Broad Street, which leads right into the main downtown area! There is a Publix and several restaurants within walking distance, or you may rent one of our bikes or walk to the bike rental station to commute by bike for more dining options! If you prefer driving, there are EV charging stations, gas stations, and a car wash right around the corner as well! Things close by: Incline Railway - less than a mile Tennessee Aquarium and IMAX - 3 miles Warehouse Row (shopping and restaurants) - 2 miles YMCA - 3 miles Chattanooga Zoo - 4 miles Rock City - 4 miles Hamilton Place Mall - 12 miles Chattanooga Airport - 13 miles

Location is amazing. I'm from the area and have family on Signal Mt and the North Shore area. It is great to see all the vibrancy at the base of Lookout Mt and to be a quick drive from everything. The place is perfect (if you're not scared of stairs). We loved the pool bag, toys and kid books, and the cooler for our creek adventures. We would stay there again :)

We loved our stay! Lauren was super helpful and gave some great recommendations. There were lots of games for my kids to play, and the pool was so close and we were usually the only ones there. Everything was super clean, and there were so many extra amenities. We would definitely stay again!
